Sometimes a little decor is all you need

There is nothing I enjoy more than helping people love living in their homes. If this involves taking down walls or reorienting rooms, I am fully in from start to finish, but sometimes a space is just as it needs to be, and the missing piece is décor.

If you would like help decorating a room in your home, or a series of rooms, so that they seamlessly flow with practicality and style, I am happy to help as much or as little as you'd like, either in person or virtually.

I am available for a consult, with follow up suggestions, by the hour to help you choose or source furniture and accessories, paint color and fixtures, or by the project for all of that plus placing and arrangement of new furnishings within your home.

Most people have a mix of furniture they love and want to keep along with a bunch of ‘stuff’ they are ready to replace or update. Decorating doesn’t need to start from scratch, and is in fact often best when it incorporates existing pieces that work.

If you are interested in decorating services for your home or workspace, we can start with a phone call to discuss what you are considering. If paint colors are all you need, an hourly rate may be the best option. If you want to furnish a room, a project rate may be preferable. Doing things one step at a time works well for some of my clients, while others like to wait to begin decorating until they have the budget for completion. I am able to work either way, and keep the details in mind for adding on over time.

You may want to schedule a design consultation, which will give you four hours of my time to use on your project. A consult begins with my design questionnaire, and is followed with a conversational tour of your space, furniture, accessories and art — either in person or virtually. This time will give me the information I need to provide you with an estimate of cost for my services. The design consult fee is credited back to you once we begin your project.
